Application Notes

The Arcadia Central Station provides a wide breadth of product connectivity with flexible licensing to right-size to any use case and expand as you grow, all in a 1RU package. Arcadia offers wireless connectivity through FreeSpeak II IP transceivers and beltpacks. The transceiver antennas provide wide coverage on the floor and for the beltpacks on the line. Bone conduction headsets are connected via Bluetooth to the beltpacks so there are no cables to get caught in machinery. The bone conduction headsets allow users to put high isolation hearing protection in the ear canal to limit any hearing damage. Office areas have speaker stations that can be wall-mounted or set on a desk. Dante capability allows a connection to the floor’s PA system for announcements at any time. The LQ IP interface can connect to the facility’s IP PBX system to connect intercom to VoIP desk phones.
