Clear-Com AoIP Network Recommendations

This document offers guidance for users joining or developing an AoIP network with Clear-Com products in mind. AES67 and SMPTE ST2110 are bridging compliances which allow any AES67 compliant device to participate with other compliant devices on a network in order to transport high quality Audio-over-IP (AoIP). AES67 covers the transmission of audio specifically, while SPMTE ST2110 is a wider specification that covers a range of media essences, such as video and data as well as audio.
