Clear-Com and a Batmobile at the Auto Show

1/22/2013

Who wouldn't want to drive a four million dollar car? You could have had the chance if you were at the Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Auction that took place from January 13-20, 2013 in Scottsdale, AZ. Also, you'd need the money to bid on that. Here's a picture of Batman....I mean, Jaz Wray, Clear-Com's Regional Sales Manager, at the Barret-Jackson auto show with the Batmobile.

Jaz helped the staff at the auction with their Clear-Com installation.

They relied on Clear-Com's Tempest2400 and Tempest900 wireless intercom systems and a mix of Clear-Com headsets including the CC-300, CC-26K and CC-27 headsets to coordinate the event.

The staff used a four-channel Tempest900 BaseStation along with six Tempest900 BeltStations to confirm that the car buyers had money to bid on the vehicles. Four of the Tempest BeltStations were used in Split Mode while two of them were being used in Shared Mode.

Two 4-channel Tempest2400 BaseStations and several Tempest2400 Beltstations were also used by the SPEED channel, which includes camera operators and other crew members.
