Clear-Com's Beijing-based team will be attending and exhibiting at the Guangzhou Entertainment Technology Show (GETshow) in Guangzhou from May 8 – 11, making it the first in-person tradeshow for the company since the COVID-19 shutdowns. This will be the show’s tenth year as an increasingly influential show in China, especially for the live events and entertainment industries. Clear-Com’s booth (#2G-07) will be located in hall 2 of the Guangzhou Pazhou Poly World Trade Expo Center, showcasing the latest professional intercom solutions for a wide variety of applications including live events, sports, e-sports, and more.
The booth will feature the Eclipse® HX Digital Matrix System, FreeSpeak II® Digital Wireless Intercom, HelixNet® Digital Network Partyline, LQ® Series of IP Interfaces, V-Series™ Panels, the Agent-IC® Mobile App as well as the newly released Station-IC™ Virtual Desktop Client.
Station-IC brings Agent-IC’s intuitive UI to a Mac or Windows desktop and connects to Clear-Com’s Eclipse HX Digital Matrix and coming soon, it will also interface with LQ. Users can connect natively to a central intercom system that hosts essential services such as audio and control systems, as well as panels, beltpacks, and even two-way radios or endpoints from other intercom manufacturers. Station-IC has flexible licensing options, a scalable application window, and the benefit high-quality audio with very low latency for both local and remote users.
Visitors to the Clear-Com booth should also note the company’s full support for leading Audio-over-IP standards across its range including Dante, AES67 and SMPTE ST2110-30.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Clear-Com products have seen accelerated success in remote productions, hybrid live/remote productions, virtual event production as well as safe, on-set production for the Film & TV Industry. LQ and Agent-IC have found increased relevance in these cases, as Agent-IC is designed to be an intuitive, easy-to-use and quick-to-deploy solution, making it a reliable option when remote staff are separated from the core intercom group. The app can connect to an LQ device or Eclipse frame over 3G, 4G, LTE or Wi-Fi networks, and effectively monitor and control an existing Clear-Com partyline or wireless system, or even a third-party intercom or audio devices.
“We are extremely excited for the opportunity to reunite with customers face-to-face, and to form new connections with show attendees,” expressed Clear-Com’s Regional Sales Manager and Chief Representative for China, Jeffrey Wu. “Please come by booth #2G-07 for a meeting or product demo. We have learned a lot during the last year, including new applications for our products that can assist with ongoing social distancing requirements, and we are eager to share with you all and answer any questions you may have.”
Clear-Com will adhere to all GetShow safety regulations which require a face covering to be worn at all times, and temperatures will be taken automatically upon entering the show floor.
