Small Intercom System with Agent-IC hosted by LQ

The Agent-IC mobile application can be deployed on Smart phones or tablets for extending or expanding a small partyline system such as Clear-Com’s Encore Partyline. This setup allows remote users to temporarily access the main system or infrequently communicate with the core group of users on RS-701 wired beltpacks. As shown in this diagram, Agent-IC is hosted by the LQ Series IP interface which sends and receives intercom signals over IP from the Encore MS-702 system.

Medium and Large-scale Intercom System with Agent-IC hosted by Eclipse HX System

In a medium to large-scale intercom setup, many core users are already using V-series keypanels for communication. In the case of contributing users that need to access the intercom temporarily or infrequently, Agent-IC is the best solution. Via an IVC-32-HX IP Interface card that is fitted into the Eclipse HX-Delta, Median, or Omega matrix system frame, intercom signals from any device on the Eclipse HX network can be sent over IP to any authenticated Agent-IC mobile app user. Once verified, Agent-IC users may access any granted channels on their smart device.
