Clear-Com® has appointed Jaz Wray as its new Western United States and Mexico Regional Sales Manager. Wray comes to Clear-Com with a ten-year background in customer facing roles for B2B and wireless companies, as well as his more recent work for American Express. He has personal experience in live music, theatrical performance and a wide range of experience in corporate video production. Wray speaks Spanish and Portuguese and holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Wray began his new position with Clear-Com on March 10, attending the USITT (United States Institute for Theatre Technology) show, which will be followed by his attendance at NAB (National Association of Broadcasters.) Wray’s arrival marks a reorganization of the sales territories in North America in an effort to have a bilingual speaker working in sales directly within the Mexico territory. He will initially work out of a home office in the Phoenix area and will eventually move to the Bay Area Clear-Com office.
“I am excited to be an integral part of the Clear-Com domestic and global sales organizations,” Wray says. “I have felt completely welcomed into the Clear-Com team and plan on leveraging my technical, wireless telecom and customer experience to provide Clear-Com clients with the great service they have grown accustomed to from the regional teams.” Wray adds, “I am looking forward to building relationships with the U.S. dealers and to broadening Clear-Com’s presence throughout Mexico.”
“We are pleased to welcome Jaz to our team,” says Bob Boster, Director Field Sales North America. “His bilingual abilities and previous sales experience will be an asset to Clear-Com, especially in the face of its new product line for the corporate, broadcast and live production sector.”
