Clear-Com® Appoints New International Sales Manager

Tamás Vass to lead Clear-Com’s sales drive across Central & Eastern Europe

Clear-Com®, a Vitec Group brand and the global leader in trusted intercom solutions, has appointed Tamás Vass as International Sales Manager, with his main focus in the fast-growing Central and Eastern European region. Tamas will also be responsible for the key German and the Benelux region.

In his new role, Tamás will be driving and developing business relationships with current and potential Clear-Com distributors and customers in the region.

With a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Budapest, followed by a second degree in International Marketing, Tamás has a strong technical background specialising in telecommunications systems and acoustics networking. He began his career in the international broadcast industry in 1997 and progressed into technical sales with StudioTech Ltd, in his native Hungary, where he became Sales & Marketing Director.

In 2004, Tamás moved to LEITCH Europe Ltd (now Harris) where he was responsible for growing sales across Central Europe. During this time, Tamás successfully rationalised the company’s sales channels, while accelerating sales growth with 2006 delivering the strongest ever financial performance for that region.

Tamás is based in Budapest and will operate across the Central & Eastern European region from there. Married with two children, in his spare time Tamás enjoys composing and playing music, and scuba diving.
