AFCEA West 2017, Booth 1709
At this year’s Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) West show, Clear-Com, the global leader in real-time communication and connectivity solutions, will showcase its Mercury ES audio interoperability platform that supports and integrates network-based Voice over IP (VoIP) connections across different security levels and domains and its LQ-R four/eight IP interface devices for linking intercom systems and 4-wire audio devices. Clear-Com is located at booth # 1709.
“Clear-Com intercom systems facilitate coordinated communications between many people with different roles in a particular operation in order to achieve a common project goal,” said Jennifer Cassidy, Sales Manager, Military, Aerospace and Government division at Clear-Com. “Our range of high quality full-duplex intercom and reliable connectivity systems enables users to stay in constant, hands-free communication, allowing voice exchanges to occur in real time effectively and efficiently across different communications systems and geographies, which makes it ideal in command & control or in simulation and training situations.”
Mercury ES is the latest audio management solution developed by Clear-Com’s subsidiary, Trilogy Communications. Designed for applications where the gathering/connection, analysis, and distribution of intelligence from a range of VoIP audio sources is called for, Mercury ES allows such sources to be centrally accessed and monitored from a single point. Even if the sources have different security clearance levels, or are accessed from across different domains, it can connect commanders and teams in remote locations or spread across diverse environments.
Clear-Com’s LQ-R four or eight-port IP interface devices, which come in a rack-mount or portable form factor, are the latest additions to the LQ Series family. These devices can simply and cost-effectively extend or link any industry-standard 2-wire or 4-wire intercom and audio systems over secure LAN, WAN or IP networks.
Reliable intercom and connectivity solutions are an essential component in meeting the needs for tight collaboration, coordination, communication and safety within military, aerospace, and government operations. Whether on wireless or wired systems, over 4-wire circuits or IP networks, Clear-Com’s extensive range of communications systems has the flexibility and scalability to meet complex configurations and is future-proofed to address unforeseen challenges.
