Monitoring the Host Device

Navigate to Status > Overview > Host Device. A screen appears that gives information about the Arcadia and enables various procedures including:

  • Version

  • Thermal

  • Network

 

 

  • Management

 

  • Tools

  • AES67

 

  • Reboot/reset/sync clock

In Tools there is an option to collect support information. When you collect support information, you are advised to clear the support file after you have downloaded it.
